Data Deletion Instructions

Effective date: June 7, 2026

You can delete your Otto account and all associated personal data at any time. Otto is operated by Vilano Corporation. See our Privacy Policy for details on the data we hold.

How to delete your account and data

1. Send an email to alaltoum@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete my Otto account", sent from the email address registered to your Otto account.
2. We will confirm your request and delete your account and personal data within 30 days.
3. You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, phone number, dealership name)
• Saved vehicles and generated posts
• Any connected social account tokens (access is revoked immediately)
• Your subscription (canceled at Stripe; no further charges)

We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, billing records for tax purposes), as described in our Privacy Policy.

Deleting only your connected social accounts

If you only want to disconnect a social account (such as a Facebook Page or Instagram account) without deleting your Otto account, you can remove Otto from your platform settings — for Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Otto → Remove — or email us at the address above and we will delete the associated tokens and platform data.
