Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Otto, a service provided by Vilano Corporation ("we," "us"), 302 2nd Street, St. Augustine, FL 32084, USA, available at leadotto.com and app.leadotto.com. By creating an account or using Otto, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Otto helps automotive sales professionals market vehicle inventory. You provide a link to a vehicle listing on your dealership's public website; Otto extracts the vehicle's details and photos and generates marketing posts for channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Craigslist. Where supported and authorized by you, Otto can publish to social accounts you connect; otherwise you publish posts yourself.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Your responsibilities

• You confirm you are authorized to market the vehicles whose listings you submit to Otto (for example, as a salesperson at the listing dealership).
• You are responsible for the content you publish, including reviewing AI-generated posts for accuracy (price, mileage, availability) before posting.
• You agree to comply with the rules of each platform on which you post (Facebook/Meta, TikTok, Craigslist, etc.) and with applicable advertising and consumer-protection laws.
• You may not use Otto for anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Otto is offered on monthly subscription plans billed in advance through Stripe.
• Plans renew automatically each month until canceled. You may cancel at any time in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

5. AI-generated content

Posts are generated by AI and may contain errors. Otto provides drafts; you are the publisher. We make no guarantee of sales results, lead volume, or platform reach.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Otto software, brand, and site content. You own the posts generated for you and the information you provide. Vehicle photos and listing data remain the property of their respective owners; you are responsible for having the right to use them.

7. Third-party platforms

Otto interacts with third-party platforms (Meta, TikTok, Craigslist, dealership websites). We do not control them, and they may change or restrict functionality at any time. Your use of each platform is governed by that platform's own terms.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Otto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vilano Corporation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You may stop using Otto and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion Instructions). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
